In terms of “Operation Billy Stop Drawing Everything With Tits”, I think Faline could easily be retooled as just a femboy - meaning a guy who enjoys presenting himself with feminine clothing and all that. It’d work well with the plot you have and let you keep giving him pretty clothes without making it look like you’re just misgendering trans women all the time.

That being said, love the flower pattern.
