Hah, I love that you're giving him ketchup! The background works well (maybe make things a little more defined but otherwise nice), and your line art keeps getting better! The only tweak I'd suggest to line art in the future is working on proportions a little and making sure that the characters look like they're standing up straight (I know I've already gone into detail on both of those). You definitely have been improving in all of the aspects I'm critiquing you on, though!
Comment about the speech bubble: Currently, my favorite kind of speech bubble that you've used is the one from "Tear and Lapis", since it seems to go well stylistically with the picture. Maybe you could do something with having a transparent background on the bubble and the text and bubble colors change based on what stands out with the picture's background?
