All these ominous looking pictures of the character are really intriguing and make me want to know more about him. Love your mix of flat and soft shading!

[TF2 Fox (hunter)]

This design and concept are really cool! A couple bits of the shape language feel a little inconsistent with the rest of TF2, but that’s mainly just a matter of design style and art style, so it’s not really a valid nitpick in this context. The bomber jacket is a unique touch! I wonder if you could add even more interesting details, like a necklace of animal teeth or a camo print on the pants.

Her gameplay mechanics are also really cool! I feel like some of the methods of teeth alteration mentioned in the backstory wouldn’t work in real life, but the idea of her doing alterations on her teeth to make them sharp is still cool and gives her a little touch of that “insane hillbilly” vibe I think you’re going for.

A bit rougher than the other two, but the lighting colors and contrast with the background look great!

Wow! That is some cool and bold design! Love all the blending there is been the polygonal and more rounded/complex shapes!

You should consider getting 3D models of these, those would be a fun thing to 3D print or a good potential game asset!

It looks so artistic and even painterly, even though it’s just made with pixels! I love the color language and semi-flat style here!

Really cute style, though I can tell the probable reason why you didn’t stick with it - it looks like it took a lot more extra time (especially on that hair shading) than flat color or more minimal shading. Love the extra details like the clouds and the wall texture!

Even for an old design, this looks great and fits in well with the other characters!
