That's adorable and I love it. You do this watercolor-ish(?) style really well! Seriously, you could make illustrations for people's stories. That's awesome.

Thank you! I was going for a storybook feel, don't really know what the medium is for this kind of style. But oh man would it be the dream to do these kinds of illustrations for storybooks! I'm glad you like it.

Your shading, colors, etc are good, but I feel like the proportions and the base drawing itself in genearl are a little bit weird, even for a cartoon. (Granted this was made a long time ago, I can see you've improved on that in your later works). Good job on improving!

I don't know if this is his design or yours, but I love the design nonetheless, and the comic book grayscale style is actually pretty cool! Background is well done too.

Wow, this hasn't gotten much attention even now... Looks pretty smooth and I love the use of smear frames! I'd like to see more of these!

Holy frick, this looks amazing, both blown up as the Newgrounds wallpaper and in its original size. I seriously almost can't tell it's pixel art when I'm looking at it in the post here. I absolutely love the colors, lighting, and contrast. I love the atmosphere overall. Congrats on getting to do the site background - I hope it brings in a lot of attention for the game!

It kinda looks like you did his face in a slightly different style, or did a slightly different style overall. I like it!
