If anyone here needs help, I will give this guy a flying punch in the face.
Jokes aside, sadness is okay and a normal part of life. It's not healthy to be sad 100% of the time, but it's equally unhealthy, if not worse, to expect to be happy 100% of the time, or to expect long-term mental health problems to go away instantly if you just "try hard enough". Getting better takes a lot of time, effort, self-monitoring, and even strategizing, in many cases with help from a therapist or someone else who knows a great deal about how mental health works. But even a small positive difference is worth it. Take care of yourselves, y'all.
And as for the art itself: I quite like how you wrote the speech bubble, as well as the menacing red filter and the yellow replaced with red in Sol's design. I've probably said this already, but I should try using filters like this in artworks.
