Nice to see you back! This is quite pretty. How do you come up with these abstract pieces?
And i glad see you again ;)
I simple think : " Hmmm ... i should made art .
And try to made something cool .I pick one or couple of elements and add new details , made colours . In way of made art i abolish not a good variants , before i not made final variant XD
P.s : My text maybe can been better if i used Google translator :)
But this a natural text .
You did a nice job with the background again, and I love the various designs of Lapis's outfit that I've seen you use. I do, however, have a few nitpicks about the execution of drawing the characters.
Unfortunately, Ink Sans kind of looks like he's about to fall over. I'm not sure how I'd recommend fixing that in the future - perhaps draw a vertical line where his body is supposed to go before you start drawing him? Also, for the area between Lapis's arms and chest, there should be a curve connecting the two (armpit area). (It took me a bit of time as I learned over the years to figure that out myself!) In general, it seems a bit like her shoulders are too broad in comparison to the rest of her, or the rest of her is too thin in comparison to the shoulders. Once again, I recommend paying close attention to reference images to figure out things like this.
Despite these minor things, this picture has a lovely atmosphere, and I greatly enjoy your work! Honestly, if you were to work on being more consistent with proportions and positions in the future, it would instantly look a lot better, because you've already got shading and a lot of other things figured out really well! Happy early new year, and keep drawing! :D
Thank you so much! I'll start using the refrences to fix the posture and the arm things going XD
I like what you do with the different line colors. I'll have to figure out how to do that myself (haven't been able to figure it out just yet.) Any tips?
you just have to select the outline layer and colour it!
and then you get a darker colour and done
I like what you did with the typography and the translucent hearts!
ty! i was very tired when i did this but it didnt come out half bad :]
The background on this one is really pretty. I'm not entirely sure about how Lapis looks in terms of anatomy (the body more than the face) and whether the leaning-on pose is accurate (currently have an image search for "leaning on chest" pulled up and I can't find any that are leaning backwards), but you have done a pretty consistently good job with how the versions of Sans that you put in your pictures look, and I love the color palettes you use! Keep drawing and practicing!
tysm!
I love that so much. I don't play Oblivion myself, but I've seen enough of people playing it that I've gotten to love the game nonetheless. Do you have the Shivering Isles DLC? That's probably my favorite part. CHEESE! FOR EVERYONE! :D
Anyway, nice work on this pic! I like how you drew the scales and armor, and the overlapping shading elements are kinda cool, actually.
I MAINLY played the Shivering Isles! :'D
Okay, now that I know that Latch stands on two legs (after quickly Googling him), him being shipped with Candyman is easier to understand lol
I see you used a similar background and filter to the pic you did for the Secret Santa. How do you make that filter thing?
ya lol sadjklsajkdn
Just sent a note to @themaskedmonocle that I found this, in case they didn't see it. That is actually some pretty awesome work! I love the fire, and you did such a great job with the shading!
