The sounds are chosen and mixed really nicely - it really brings it all together for a good old retro feel!

I have not heard the original of this, but the different sounds really come together nicely, and it doesn't even feel like there's things missing without the lyrics. Noice!
This feels really fun and dynamic! Very pumped up for action! The bass line and the guitar riff are well done! Noice!
Nice vocal track! I like the effect you had with the higher voice harmonizing with you. The background music also sounds cool. Your vocal style here fits with the topic of the song.
What I'd recommend doing with this is developing the backing track a little more so it reflects the emotions of the song and changes over time - maybe it could even be a little creepier? I feel like your voice also gets overpowered by the backing track for most of the song; I'd say either bump up the volume of the vocal track or take the volume of the back track down a notch. Also try practicing singing with a tuner a little bit - you're almost there, actually! From my experience, singing with electronic instruments can be quite unforgiving because of the very pitched nature of a lot of computer samples.
Can you put the lyrics in the description, by the way? I'd comment on them, but I can't quite tell what they are.
THANK YOU AND SURE I'LL ADD THE LYRICS!
ALSO I HEAVILY APPRECIATE ALL THE REVIEWS YOU DO ON MY STUFF!!
Very fun bouncy vibes! It's an interesting intersection between the two genres. I like the big sound it gets later on and the different moods it goes through. I don't think I've heard anything quite like this before. Nice job!
After sticking with what I already knew in electronic music for a while, I finally caved and listened to this on YouTube to see why I was getting recommended it so much. I like it! It's fast and layered without being overwhelming, and has well-written lines that take turns being the focus of the piece, giving it variety throughout. You also nailed giving it the type of flavor you described in the description - sci-fi, emotionally stirring in parts, and sounding like a story belongs with it.
My only nitpick on this is that cello instrument in the beginning, and potentially the other two instruments meant to represent non-electronic things (choir and piano), sounds very clipped and obviously synthesized, like a bad MIDI or retro video game instrument. Perhaps you prefer that sound, but I like more realistic string sounds better. With the other two, the synthesized samples do sound decent and have a sound that works with the rest of the piece, but the MIDI cello just made me expect more bad samples throughout the piece.
Overall, though, this is some pretty good electronic composition right here! I enjoyed listening to this!
Sounds pretty interesting and experimental. I like the way you made it sound mechanical while still incorporating what sounds like a 6/4 time signature. The chords are really interesting, too, as well as the different parts that come in.
I love the instruments here and the various lines. They fit together very well.
I love the spacey feel to this! Overall well done!
I love the kind of asymmetric, 14-part pattern that drives the groove of this thing. Coupled with the sparkly arpeggios, it reminds me of a few Mannheim Steamroller songs, except with a Genesis soundfont. It'd be cool if you added more sections, with different instrumentation and patterns but keeping the same kind of groove.
