The shading is made up of lines of text, I don’t think I’ve ever seen that before. That’s really creative, what made you decide to do that? Also think the bubbles look really cool.

I've always love the half tone dot shading style and I've been learning how to program here and there. I wanted to know how an ASCII art generator works and it got me curious about what it would look like if I replace the half tone with the ASCII ^^

glad you like it! sometimes i worry if all the sparkles make it obnoxious or gaudy, so i dont do the effect on every piece, but i personally think its super cute so im happy u like it too

You did a really great job with some of them, like Adventure Time, Invader Zim, and Teen Titans! Others didn’t seem to feel quite right - I think Powerpuff Girls, Danny Phantom, and Billy and Mandy were the ones that needed work. (That is, unless I just haven’t studied the modern Powerpuff style enough and am just thinking about the original Genndy Tardakovsky style). I love these exercises, though, and I think you kept a good handle on the characters’ identifying features throughout!

Love both designs here too! I like the angelic look of the demon, a really well-done take on the “light is not good” kind of design.

This one and the one with Cypher look like they’d be really cool as a poster together if you put some kind of transition between them, like a blur, a jagged slash, or even another character!

Thank you <3 I made them as a set, she and Sypher are counterparts of sorts, Wolfgang being a Light demon and Malik being Shadows, Simone being very girly and feminine on the outside while Sypher dresses in a more masculine manner for her profession, etc. They're friends that had a falling out, too, so that's always fun.
