Feels kind of like something from modern Doom or Ultrakill! I love it!

I will admit that this character's current design has some inspiration from Ultrakill, lol. Their original old design was a lot more organic looking, but I wanted something more robotic for them.

She feels like a protagonist from Resident Evil or another classic horror game series. The backlighting and the bold red and black background even make it look like a character promo for one of said games. I find that really cool!

First review was written when I was tired and sick of being pulled into a fight between two parties I didn’t want to choose between to begin with.

Not bad line art! It’s got some sketchy bits that just need a clean up.

But once again, I just wish you would stop obsessing over what other artists say to other people. It’s not healthy for you, and it’s giving you a reputation for being an insecure drama queen, which just makes people hate you more. I want to see you prosper here, but you can’t do that if you don’t chill out.

Hey, what sketchy bits would you clean up? I was kinda OK with the wonky lines around the edges, but think I failed at proportions. Is this accurate?

This is a cool alternate design! I looked at your recent OC as well and I can tell you’ve really got some good design sense, especially for horror! I think you would be good friends with @nurm123 - you’ve got similar tastes!

Main thing I can think of to improve on is smoother line work and paying attention to any kinks in the curves. It might also be time to start working on adding detail to your backgrounds. Hopefully that should help with your art in the future!

You’ve done a pretty decent job with this artwork. If I were to suggest anything, I’d recommend working on clean line work, smooth curves, and proportions. It seems you’ve been improving on that a bit with the more recent stuff!

That’s frickin’ hilarious, I love it.

Looking at this in comparison to your other works, the painting actually turned out pretty well for this one! I’d just recommend trying to clean it up more in future artworks!

Edit: Understood, you’ve got a respectable intention behind it! I can be an awful perfectionist with my art too, so I know where you’re coming from. :)

Thank ya. Though, I'm actually tryna be *less* clean with this account. I'm still a novice and I've got a tendency to punch above my weight and put a bunch of wasted hours into a single piece instead of just having my fun and moving on.

All three pics I've posted here so far (decided on having a separate identity for art if I'm gonna try to take art seriously) I've been tryna just "ight, it conveys what I want it to, let's pack it up so that I can move on" and while I'm still bad at actually frequently drawing, I'm hoping to not abandon files in purgatory because I expected too much of myself outta them.

I'll get better at the details with time. That time needn't be 12 hours on a single canvas (done that twice before)
