This is really pretty. It’s a bit hard to say exactly what it looks like to me but that’s part of what I like about it. The light effects are especially cool! What program do you use to make all of these cool trippy pictures?

Hey there! First of all, let me say that your coloring is pretty solid. I recommend you practice faces and poses a bit, as her face is a bit lopsided and she's leaning a little bit to the left. Don't let this discourage you! I can see from all the art you've posted in a short time span that you're really persistent. Keep it up!

Perhaps I'm not familiar with the 90s style of anime, but it looks like the shape of the face is a bit off. That is a tiny nitpick, though. Otherwise, as far as I can tell, you absolutely nailed the 90s anime style!

Wow, that is really cool. The geometric design is so well-executed, and I love the red/yellow/blue effect on it as well, it makes it look more like an old TV. You definitely did a great job with the Big Brother-y vibes.

Ooh, Shantae vibes! Love the design, props to the owner. The glittery hair is especially cool. Neat background and glow effect as well - I like it when people put at least a little effort into their backgrounds.

Ooh, spooky. I'm not sure what this reminds me of. But I love the atmosphere and the contraast between the blue light and the red lights. There's a lot of detail in this without needing very much light in it. Really masterful work.

Ooh, I love the dreamy style! I could totally see this as a poster for a manga, anime, or JRPG. The more I look at it, the more complexity I see. Man, look at all those cool effects! I'm trying to analyze all of them to see how they work. How'd you do the red/yellow/blue thing but only in some places?

Color shift by channels on the new layer, then I removed some parts from the top layer.

The one on the right looks vintage, I like it. I also like the comic book style shading and the fact that it’s blurrier in the back. (The blur might be a bit incongruous with your style but it’s still a nice effect.)

Little bit rough, but not bad! I recommend that you look up reference pictures in the style you want to replicate. But more importantly, keep trying and practicing!
