Beautiful and well-done comic! It speaks so much for itself without there needing to be words. It almost looks like a storyboard for an animation, even. That'd be cool if you animated this (or had someone animate it for you) some time.

Jeez, the lighting from below makes it look pretty terrifying. Nice work, good job with drawing the fleshy stuff and the machinery underneath.
