Wow, this took me a while to get back to. But either way, this is just so sweet! All the little details in the picture (including the fact that there's a giant 30 which I just noticed) and the fun, vibrant colors make it feel heartwarming.

Realized I hadn't taken a look at this, but I love the design, the effects on the speech bubble, and the background as well! It all comes together nicely.

For some reason, the design doesn't seem unified to me, although I love the designs of the dress and the accessories on their own. I guess I'd recommend putting something from the accessories (wings or whatever else you think would work) on the dress. Otherwise, nice job!

I definitely like the stylistic choices here, with the varied line thicknesses and the way you did the goggles. Makes it look like actual professional cartoon characters.
