[Beret and Redhead Girl]

I like their character dynamics and designs! The girl in black reminds me a little of Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice!

I also like where your style is going. Almost looks like it might turn into a kind of retro manga style. 5 stars for the improvement.

Oh so many thanks! I remember staring at Beret Girl for a good while and thinking she's a mix of Creepy Susie, Lydia (Both from the 80's cartoon and live action) and the cover art of Sonic Youth's Goo. I liked trying out a mix of minimalistic black and white with less details on the clothing but trying to make something out of the facial expressions. Manga was def an inspiration (I've been drawing anime characters for my sister) but my biggest pride was not using any guides or tutorials on how to draw any of these, it just came out from the soul! <3

Then I made the two chibis above to give myself an idea on how the overall design should look like. All in all, I'm proud of the results and I expect to draw more, get better and enjoy my time here! Happy December! :D

I was essentially given free reign of the monster's design cause the og one was largely just a generic bald monster with sharp teeth so it gave me room to shine haha

Love the line work a lot! The potion splash shape needs some work, I think, but the rest looks great! The visual contrast is awesome.

For this ref I’d recommend you make it full color and add the details you’re talking about in the description. Like maybe a part of the canvas could be dedicated to showing just the clothes with the details. This way it’ll all be in one place and artists won’t have to keep checking the description for reference.
