You also seem to be experimenting with poses and faces some more than before. You’re improving, little by little! I’d recommend you try working with reference images and free stock drawings to help you with proportions, as well as at least resizing the artwork to fit the page rather than leaving a lot of extra space.

A worksona is a persona like a witchsona or something like that, but it's centered around work. Here, it's all about their character working at a movie rental shop. :D
