You made a Jojo character look not weird. That's the power of art! In fact, I can tell you put a lot of effort into this. It looks like a movie poster, honestly. I like the way that you used both the star and the direction Jonathan is facing to draw our eyes through the painting to look at different things. I also love the backlighting, it definitely makes him look more powerful and perhaps angelic (especially combined with the fact that his general facial expression and the fact that he’s looking up both resemble angels in Renaissance paintings.) Very well done!

You know your 3D render is good when someone (i.e. me) clicks on it with the intent to report it because Newgrounds doesn't allow photographs. Luckily, I realized that it was just a 3D model before I made the mistake of reporting this! Nice work, haha!

My Polish heritage and I just had to click on this. I like the painterly style! The braid does look a little bit odd the way it's drawn, but otherwise, very nice!

Holy crap, this is as good as the illustrations in D&D books! It must’ve taken so much time and practice to nail the painterly style this well!

Edit: Saw your bio and that you actually do tabletop game illustrations for a living. That’s awesome, haha!

This should probably be rated T for adult themes if you've got "boobs" in the tags, but otherwise, really nice work! She kinda looks like a Disney CGI character in the face when you do her in this style, haha!

I see your character has an interesting design! If you don't mind, I have a tip for you, though. I recommend that you practice drawing human figures (in this case, muscular ones) using reference images. Sandstorm will look really intimidating after you've figured out how to draw the muscles more realistically! Keep drawing this character, I'd love to see how he gets scarier with progress. :)

Oh my God, I was thinking of doing some NSR Christmas remix fanart myself (before holiday art block snatched that one out of my brain)! Great minds think alike! And of course you do it in such a great art style too! A worthy tribute to DJSS!
