I like the animation here, with the little microchip legs. What sparked this, out of curiosity?

Honestly, that's a great job of the DBZ art style... and the Mario mustache and hat. You should try an art styles challenge of some kind so we all will get to witness how you can do different styles with your pixel art.

BoJustBo responds:

Sounds like a good idea.

I love this dude's design. I love his floofy hair, the eyes, the heart meter thingy, and how humanlike he looks rather than typical robot character designs. I wanna know more about him, can you tell me more?

The pose is adorable, and I love the colors and lighting you used! Now I want to know more about the Xenoverse, it sounds cool.

Hehe, the animation of Pluto bouncing along with the radio is funny, I like it. Also, nice job with the way you made the bed. Pluto's design is cool too, but I'll wait until reviewing the ref to talk more about that.

Very cute! You do the fluffiness of the fur very well. Two tiny nitpicks are the eyes looking a little bit unbalanced in terms of shape and the lines being uneven in a couple places; otherwise it looks really good! I love your style of eyes.

I don't know how I wound up doing research about this game, but that is an excellent Shodan. All the little details, and the green lighting! Wow!

Jeez, hand-pixeled glow effect and a realistic-looking lightning effect. That's really amazing. How long have you been doing pixel art, if you haven't been asked this before?

BoJustBo responds:

I started in 2000 or early 2001 back when I was 12. I did take a nearly complete break between 2009 and 2019 though so it's more like 10-11 years of doing pixelart. I was of course making other art and evolving in that down period too. if you look in my gallery (which I started here in 2020 but I reposted my fav pieces from 2019 a lot at first) you'll see a lot of my realism stuff evolved since then, actually, most of it happened in the early stages of my doom portrait series which I started in November 2020. The first few pieces have a much lower color count, and less textures on skin and horns and stuff.

Really pretty radial symmetry. I like the colors and patterns you used; it almost seems to move and spin subtly.

Im happy read this =)
Thanks for respond ))

My cat does that too. I feel your pain.

I like the way you anthropomorphized your cat - kinda looks like an Animal Crossing character in terms of style. Also, the things you do with speech bubbles in comics are cool.
