This design and concept are really cool! A couple bits of the shape language feel a little inconsistent with the rest of TF2, but that’s mainly just a matter of design style and art style, so it’s not really a valid nitpick in this context. The bomber jacket is a unique touch! I wonder if you could add even more interesting details, like a necklace of animal teeth or a camo print on the pants.

Her gameplay mechanics are also really cool! I feel like some of the methods of teeth alteration mentioned in the backstory wouldn’t work in real life, but the idea of her doing alterations on her teeth to make them sharp is still cool and gives her a little touch of that “insane hillbilly” vibe I think you’re going for.
