Thank you very much! I'm glad you like this one! 🤩 It was indeed fun to play with the negative space in this piece. Negative space was fun to play around with in general when I was using black pen and ink back then. Something I miss about drawing with pens 😊

Other commenter put it really well, I didn’t even watch the trailer because I don’t want to be disappointed. (Though if it turns out the movie’s good, I’m going to have a severe case of missed-the-boat syndrome and call myself a fake fan and shit, as per usual.)

Love the colors and lighting! Also always great to see some Beetlejuice fanart in general.

Thanks dude! Sad Girl ain't going anywhere but my head, pen and tablet! (or paper?) It was just a goofy bite to some guys who ranted that I "Only draw that sad bitch" and my natural dislike for overly optimistic and cheery demeanors :p

the artstyle came from a pico sticker sheet i made
